As an independent consultant, I help to understand complex issues and to develop solutions combining political ambition with human impact. I share my longstanding leadership practice in public administration, my expertise in Swiss and European migration and integration law, I open up new perspectives, build trust, and guide individuals and companies through challenging decision-making processes.

15 Degrees South Foundation
My husband Reto von Arx ( LinkedIn ) and I founded the Foundation 15 Degrees South in December 2025. The foundation supports Start-ups in Southern Africa, particularly in Zambia, by providing local expertise and mentoring. Its purpose is to get early-stage enterpreneurs ready to grow sustainbly and to attract investors. Doing this, the foundation aims to contribute to the economic development, innovation, entrepreneurship, and job creation in the region. Our mission is to finance local expertise for local Start-ups. In cooperation with a private university and local consultants, we support selected young enterpreneurs for two years, assisting them in achieving their self-defined goals.
